Every Dealer Management System site runs on a licence key from the License Center at license.faruk.bd, where you also find your downloads, renewals, the addon store and your support tickets.
Activating the key
- Register on license.faruk.bd and buy a Dealer Management System package. The key looks like
DMS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. - In your panel open Admin → License (the last entry of the System group, or the key icon in the top bar).
- Paste the key into License key and press Activate.
There is no trial: until a key is activated, the admin panel and the dealer portal are locked. The public front page always works.
The key is bound to the domain shown under the box. www. and a port number are ignored, so www.example.com and example.com are the same site.
The License & Support page
- Status: the state, domain, key, package, who it is licensed to, the expiry date (Never (lifetime) for a lifetime key), when it was last checked, any message from the License Center, and the premium addons your package includes. Check now asks the License Center at once; Release this domain frees the key.
- Activate this installation (later Change the license key): the key box, Test the server connection, Find my key (your licences on license.faruk.bd) and Buy a license.

- Contact the script author: Subject, Priority and Message go to the author's support desk as a ticket, with your domain and key attached.
- Script support: the author's e-mail, phone and WhatsApp.
- License server: leave Server URL and Product code as
https://license.faruk.bdanddealer-management-system. Re-check every (hours) is 12 and Offline grace period (days) is 7 to begin with; press Save after a change.
Out of the box only the Super Admin sees the buttons.
What the states mean

The key icon in the top bar is green when active, amber in the grace period, red otherwise.
How the checks work
The site asks the License Center when a staff page opens and the last check is older than Re-check every (hours), on every cron run, and when you press Check now. A check sends the key, the domain, the script and PHP versions and which addons are on; nothing about your dealers, stock or invoices.
When the License Center cannot be reached, nothing locks. Admin pages say The license server could not be reached. The system keeps working until …, the Offline grace period (days) after the last good check. Test the server connection tells a bad key from a blocked server: The license server answered correctly at … means the key is the problem; Could not reach … means your host blocks outgoing HTTPS, so ask them to allow license.faruk.bd.
What a locked panel shows
Every staff and dealer page is replaced by Activate your license (or License Expired, License Domain mismatch and so on): a key box with Activate this domain, I need a key — open the store, Find my key, the author's support details with Open a support ticket, and Sign out. The sign-in page, the License page and db_update.php stay open, so you can always fix it.
Moving to another domain
Press Release this domain before you move. The panel locks at once and the key is free; activate it on the new domain. If the old site is gone, or the release could not reach the License Center, release the domain from your account on license.faruk.bd.
Premium addons and addon keys
Dealer Network, Warranty & Guarantee, Discount & Coupon, Data Export & Import and Languages are free and work with every licence. Every other addon is premium: it runs when your package includes it, or when it is bought separately for your site.
Buying from the panel
Admin → Addons has three tabs: All addons, My addons and Orders. A premium addon your licence does not cover says Not included in your licence yet, shows its one-time price, and offers Buy this addon (its page in the store on license.faruk.bd) and I have a key. Details shows what an addon does and the screens it adds.
After you pay there is nothing to copy. The key comes down with the next licence check, the addon is switched on, and a notification … has been added says what arrived. Collect purchases now on the License page fetches it at once; Orders lists each order and its state. A new addon's permissions belong to the Super Admin at first; give them to other roles under Roles & Permissions.
Adding a key by hand
For a key bought another way or moved from another site: card Addon keys, box Addon key, Add the key. Addon keys start with DMSA- and the addon's short code, for example DMSA-SD-… for Sub-Dealers. The answer is Addon key activated — unlocked: …. Then press Enable on the addon's card under Admin → Addons.
The table lists each key, what it unlocks, its status and when it was checked. Re-check asks about every key again; × removes a key and releases it from this domain. An addon that is switched on but no longer covered shows Blocked by licence.
Support through "login as"
Support can open your panel without your password. The License Center issues a one-time link to admin/license-login.php; your site asks the License Center whether it is genuine, then signs in as your first active Super Admin. A link works once and expires within minutes. During such a session every page says You are signed in through the license server's login as bridge, and the account menu offers End "login as" session.
