A sale says money changed hands. A fitting says which aid is in which ear, how it was programmed, what mould and receiver it has, and when it was last cleaned. The patient who walks in saying "it whistles" is asking about the fitting, not the invoice.
A trial is recorded as a fitting too — the aid is out of the shop and in somebody's ear, and if it comes back, the record of what was tried is the most useful thing on the file. Trials that have run out are chased on the dashboard rather than remembered.
Every service visit is logged against the fitting with what was found and what was done, and the next check date is carried on the record, so "who is due in" is one list rather than a search.

Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
