First release: the whole dealer network in one panel

• Added Admin panel with a dashboard: dealers, products, serials in stock, sales this month, outstanding dues, open tickets, warranty claims, a six-month sales chart, low stock and warranties about to expire.
• Added Dealer network: dealer profiles with logo and trade licence, applications from the website, approve and suspend, price tiers, credit limits, opening balances and a welcome by e-mail and WhatsApp.
• Added Users, roles with fine-grained permissions, and authorized users: sign-in allowed only in set hours, on set days and from set networks, overnight windows included.
• Added Login history and an activity log of every change, searchable and prunable.
• Added Catalogue: brands, products with MRP, dealer, sub-dealer and purchase prices, warranty and guarantee months and low-stock alerts, and gift items with their own stock and validity dates.
• Added Serial numbers: bulk import, allocation to dealers and the full life of every hearing aid - in stock, allocated, sold, replaced, returned or damaged.
• Added Versioned price lists: prepare a draft, publish it onto every product at once, and every dealer is notified.
• Added Invoices with product, free-item and custom lines, serial numbers, discount, tax and delivery, payments recorded against them, printing, and sending by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Added Dealer portal: their own dashboard, catalogue at their own price tier, the live price list, invoices, stock by serial, warranty registration, claims, tickets, notifications and profile.
• Added Public front page with your brands, live counts and a dealership application form.
• Added Support tickets with priority, assignment and attachments; notifications to every dashboard, all dealers or one person; newsletters by e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp with a delivery log.
• Added E-mail through PHP mail() or SMTP with a mail queue that keeps and retries refused messages, a diagnostics page, and e-mail templates you can edit.
• Added SMS gateway presets for BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS, MIM SMS, ElitBuzz, Greenweb, Twilio and MSG91 with a test send, WhatsApp by link or by API, and message templates.
• Added Theme: brand, accent and sidebar colours, logo, favicon, corner radius and ready-made palettes for both panels.
• Added Addon system with 17 addons: Dealer Network, Sub-Dealers, Dealer Customers, Accounts, Warranty & Guarantee, Repair (Lab and Dealer), Earmould / Earshell (Lab and Dealer), Online & Offline Sync, Payment Gateway, Discounts & Coupons, Backup & Restore, Data Export & Import, Languages, Footer Branding and Script & Addon Updates.
• Added Repair and earmould jobs with tracking numbers, a dated timeline, both ears told apart, charges, a printable slip with a QR code and a public tracking page - in head office's name or the dealer's own.
• Added Bengali and English in both panels, with a switch in the top bar and translations you can finish from the panel.
• Added Licensing through the License Center at license.faruk.bd: activate, check, release a domain, separate addon keys, an addon store inside the panel, and a grace period that keeps the panel working when the server cannot be reached.
• Added One cron job for the mail queue, licence checks, warranty and overdue reminders, scheduled backups and sync clean-up.
• Added Installer for any domain, sub-domain or folder, and db_update.php that brings the database up to new files and can be run again safely.
• Security CSRF tokens on every form, hashed passwords, HttpOnly sessions, config.php and the includes folder closed to the web, nothing in uploads/ allowed to run, and dealers kept to their own records everywhere.
• Note QR codes are drawn on your own server, so a tracking number never leaves your hosting.
