Impressions arrive from dealers with instructions attached. This addon turns each one into a numbered order (MLD-202601 for an earmould, SHL-202601 for an earshell) and follows it through Booked, Received, Sent to lab, Being made, Ready and Delivered, every step dated on a timeline.
Mould Types holds what dealers choose from, each with the usual price you set, shown while booking. It starts with Soft, Soft Best Quality, Hard and Silicone moulds and IIC, CIC, ITC and ITE shells. When an order covers both ears, each ear gets its own type, shade and instructions, and both appear on the order, the slip and the tracking page.
The job tools are the same as in the lab repair addon: a printable slip with a QR code, a public tracking page, e-mail and one-click WhatsApp updates, notes for the customer or kept internal, the charge, the advance and an outside lab's bill. Dealers place orders from their own portal and head office is notified; the lab can also book for a dealer, who is told.

Do I need Dealer Management System first?
Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Dealer Management System that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
